FROZEN DUCK AND GOOSE MEAT
Directly from the producer
We offer only premium quality of duck- and goose meat, livers and poultry products (chicken, turkey). We sell these products primarily to restaurants, but our most popular product – sliced fattened duck liver – can also be ordered by retail customers, to whom we deliver at their home by special refrigerated trucks.
We produce most of our products ourselves and process them in our own slaughterhouse, while maintaining high quality standards. Thanks to this we have an insight into all stages of production, so we can serve any customer’s request. In our FSSC-certified factory, we make all raw meat products with high expertise and competence.
Why are our meats so delicious?
Free-range ducks and geese reach their slaughter weight in 6-7 weeks, during which, in the majority of cases, they eat a mix of nutrition, existing of corn, cereal and seed nutrition. In the stores, these ducks are called grill ducks and geese.
In contrast, our fattened ducks and geese are grown for 9-11 weeks and so they receive much longer period and larger quantities of natural feed. But!
This is followed by a 2-2,5week feeding program, and this results in the most striking quality difference between the grill- and the fattened duck (or goose breed). During this time, we stuff the ducks and geese for fattening with corn. As a result of artificial and intensive feeding the composition, quality and taste of the meat is completely changed. So much so that it is almost impossible to compare it to the free range duck.
Since the number of sunny hours in Kiskunfélegyháza and its surroundings is very high, the taste of the grain and the nutrional feed is outstanding. Since we feed our animals with these quality grains, is why the taste of our duck- and goose liver taste is so special.
